Weekly Mowing Maintenance Info:
Maintenance depends on the individual and their property. This three package system is a way we streamline different tiers of services to suit each individual. Scroll down to learn more about each package
Transitioning Between Seasons: We cut yards lower during early spring and late fall. Besides then we cut at a minimum of 3 inches and up to 4.5 inches. Height may be determined based upon the 1/3 rule. Feel free to click here to learn about the 1/3 rule!

1.0 Package (Mow and Blow Only):
-Mowing base price starts at $45
-Weekly Service

-When cutting yards we use the 1/3 rule. This means we cut roughly 1/3 of the total height (of the grass) at a time
Did you know?
Procare uses the 1/3 rule when cutting yards. This means every service we cut about 1/3 off of the total grass height. Although people tend to want a shorter height, cutting too much off can causes the grass to loose it's green color, water retention, and can be more susceptible to drought/disease.
For example: If your yard is 4.5 inches long, then we'll cut the grass down by 1.5 inches to a length of 3 inches.
1.5 Package (Mow, Edge, and Blow):
-Mowing base price plus add-ons
-EX: Weed whacking or edging

2.0 Package (Complete Maintenance):
This a comprehensive bundle of maintenance services that will keep your yard under control and enjoyable:
-Regular mowing services
-Mowing starts at $45
-Plus Add ons (Edging for example)
-Bush trimming quoted Separately
-Trimming starts at $60
-We generally trim bushes one to two times per year
-Clean ups (Spring or Fall)
-Base price of $140
-Can add mowing and bagging to a clean up
-This task is simple but highly variable (Example: depth of leaves, moisture and snow on leaves, and if there is brush that needs to be removed)
-Mulch Installation
-Mulching minimum is $200
-Mulch preparation effects pricing
-Do you need weeding, bush trimming, and bed redefinition? Or just mulch material and spreading?
-Snow Removal
-Optional part of package
-A part of Full Season Maintenance
