Duties to be performed:
Test equipment in our lab for functionality
Organize equipment and cabling
Answer phones and create tickets in our system
General cleanup
Setup new computers for end users
Help with documentation
Work to setup clients in various IT support tools per SOP
Help create the SOPs for some of these tools
Assist with cyber security assessments
Additional duties and skills as time progresses
Reset user passwords
Setup users in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365
Build scripts for automation
Additional Tier 1 IT support items
