Policy

1. We only accept the returned products when:

•  There are problems with the products ( damaged, affected quality during transportation,...), no acceptance for changing to another product.

• You have a video clip from the time of opening the order as proof.

2. Maximum time for returning products is 1 week from the date of successful receipt. The return shipping fees will be paid by us.

3. We will reimburse the initial cost of the product once we have received the returned item if the customers request for refund.
