Welcome to AnyView Cast: Mirror to TV (“AnyView Cast,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AnyView Cast application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
AnyView Cast is a screen mirroring and casting utility designed to help users display content from compatible iPhone or iPad devices on compatible TVs or displays.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for:
Using the App only with devices, networks, and displays that you are authorized to access.
Ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you display or mirror.
Complying with applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party services or devices you use with the App.
AnyView Cast may allow you to display or mirror content from your device to a compatible TV or display.
You remain responsible for the content you choose to display or mirror. We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, documents, websites, or other content that you access through the App.
You must not use the App to display, distribute, or transmit content that you do not have the legal right to use.
We do not guarantee that every type of content, application, website, video, or media service will be compatible with screen mirroring.
The functionality of AnyView Cast may depend on your device, TV or display, operating system, network connection, Wi-Fi configuration, and third-party technologies.
We do not guarantee that the App will work with every TV, display, device, network, or third-party service.
Connection quality and performance may vary depending on network conditions, device capabilities, interference, bandwidth, and other factors outside our control.
AnyView Cast may offer optional paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
Where applicable, subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and available plans will be displayed before purchase.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple account will generally be charged for renewal according to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
We may use RevenueCat to process subscription information and manage subscription entitlements. Apple processes the underlying App Store payment.
We do not receive your full payment card information through RevenueCat.
Payments and refunds for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should use Apple's official refund process.
If we offer a free trial or promotional subscription, the applicable terms, duration, eligibility requirements, and renewal conditions will be presented at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription that converts from a free trial may automatically renew as a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
The App may interact with or rely on third-party services, technologies, platforms, or devices.
These may include services used for analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, advertising, connectivity, or other functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services that are outside our control.
The App may display advertisements, including advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.
Advertising features may vary between versions of the App, subscription plans, regions, and devices.
Where required, we will request applicable permissions and provide applicable privacy choices.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.

We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet every user's requirements.
The App will work with every TV, display, device, or network.
Screen mirroring will always be available or uninterrupted.
Connections will always be stable or free from delays.
The App will be compatible with every third-party application or media service.
The App will be completely free from errors or interruptions.
Some limitations may result from third-party devices, operating systems, networks, applications, or services that are outside our control.
