đź“‹ Content Moderation Policy
Last Updated : April 2, 2026
This document describes how AnySketch Neo AR Trace Drawing ("the App") moderates user-generated content in the Network Gallery. This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service & Community Guideline (AnyNet Guideline) and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all content uploaded to the Network Gallery by users, including images, search tags, and publicly visible nicknames. This includes content created or modified using the App's AI-powered features (e.g., Anime Style Draw) that is subsequently uploaded to the Network Gallery.
AnySketch Neo is built for artists, creators, and anyone who loves to draw. We welcome and encourage high-quality artwork, creative stencils, and original designs that inspire the global drawing community. Our moderation exists to protect this creative space — not to limit artistic expression.
Our App aims to provide a rich repository of inspiring references for trace drawing. Therefore, we highly recommend uploading designs that are visually appealing and feature clear, well-defined lines, making them easy for anyone to trace
2. Moderation Approach
We employ a multi-layered, best-effort moderation system combining automated tools and human review. No automated system is perfect, and we continuously work to improve our processes.
First, Automated Screening: Uploaded content is evaluated through on-device heuristic checks, perceptual hashing (pHash) for duplicate and spam prevention, and third-party AI-based content analysis services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Second, Administrator Review: Content may be subject to manual review by authorized administrators. Administrators have the authority to approve, reject, hide, or remove any content at their sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Content
In accordance with the AnyNet Guideline (Terms of Service, Section 4), the following content is strictly prohibited:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock or disturb
- Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment
- Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
- Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
- Spam, commercial advertising, or repetitive uploads
4. Content That May Be Subject to Additional Review
The following types of content may require additional review and are subject to administrative discretion:
- Content with ambiguous copyright ownership (e.g., visible watermarks, stock photo characteristics)
- Content that does not align with the App's intended purpose of trace drawing
- Content that has been flagged by automated systems or user reports
- Content containing social or ideological messages—including references to conflicts/wars, political or religious bias, or the promotion of specific individuals or groups—does not align with the App's intended purpose.
- Fan Art and Secondary Creations: Original hand-drawn or digitally created fan art is generally welcomed to foster community creativity. However, direct reproductions, raw scans of commercial media, or screenshots containing third-party UI/watermarks are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.Â
- AI-generated or AI-transformed content (e.g., created using the Anime Style Draw feature) is not inherently prohibited. However, it may require additional verification of the source material's copyright. Any such content containing even the slightest element of the prohibited materials outlined in Section 3 will be strictly subject to the prohibited content rules.
5. Enforcement Actions
When content is found to violate this policy or the AnyNet Guideline, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Rejection or hiding of the specific content
- Removal of the content from the Network Gallery
- Permanent device-level restriction (ban) from the Network Gallery for severe or repeated violations
As stated in our Privacy Policy (Section 5), content removed due to policy violations and associated device identifiers are retained in a restricted state to enforce ongoing bans and preserve platform integrity.
6. User Reporting
Users can report content they believe violates this policy directly through the in-app reporting feature. All reports are anonymous and are reviewed by administrators. We take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of each report.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any content, as stated in the AnyNet Guideline (Section 3).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, you may:
- Use the in-app reporting feature to flag the content, or
- Submit a formal removal request to sungjyny@gmail.com
We will review and respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.
Notice and Takedown (Post-Moderation): To protect both our creative community and intellectual property holders, we operate a strict "Notice and Action" system. If fan art or any uploaded content is flagged by users or reported by the original copyright holder for potential IP infringement, we reserve the right to immediately change the content's visibility status to "Private" (visible only to the original uploader) or remove it from the Network Gallery without prior notice.Â
8. Limitations and Disclaimer
Content moderation is performed on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected or removed immediately. The App and its developers shall not be held liable for any user-generated content that may temporarily appear on the platform before review, in accordance with the Limitation of Liability set forth in the AnyNet Guideline (Section 11).
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Network Gallery constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
