AnyMen is a Christchurch-based handyman and property maintenance business providing reliable support to landlords, property managers, and homeowners. 

The business was established in May 2025 as part of a high school Business Studies internal, where students were required to plan, launch, and operate a real working business. What began as a school-based project quickly developed into a genuine service operation after strong demand for reliable property maintenance work. 

Since then, AnyMen has continued beyond the school project and now undertakes **ongoing and one-off work for real estate agents, rental properties, and residential clients**. The business focuses on practical, efficient maintenance solutions and clear communication, particularly for landlords and property managers who require dependable service. 

Our services include general handyman work, property maintenance, garden and lawn care, rubbish removal, painting, and general upkeep. Jobs are completed with care and attention to detail, whether it’s a small repair or ongoing maintenance support.

AnyMen is fully insured with public liability cover and registered with the NZBN, providing peace of mind that all work is carried out safely and professionally. We understand the importance of reliability, clear pricing, and professional conduct when working in rental and managed properties.
