AnyKey Studio ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Miniature Model Workshop VR (the "App") handles user data when you use our application on Meta Quest devices.
Miniature Model Workshop VR is designed as a standalone, offline-first experience.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
We do not track your physical location, IP address, or device identifier (UUID).
We do not record or collect voice data, camera feeds, eye-tracking data, or hand-tracking raw spatial telemetry.
All your custom painting progress, saved models, color palettes, and user preferences (such as precision and brush settings) are saved locally on your Meta Quest device.
This data remains strictly on your local hardware (Application.persistentDataPath).
Uninstalling the application or clearing app data via your Meta Quest system settings will permanently remove your locally saved custom models and settings unless backed up via Meta's system cloud backup (if enabled by the platform).
The App relies on standard Meta Horizon SDK features to function on the headset (e.g., VR controller input, spatial tracking, and local file access for loading 3D assets).
Any permissions requested by the headset (such as storage access) are used exclusively by your local Meta Quest device to load and save model files and textures locally.
We do not sell, rent, or share any local data with third parties.
Our application is designed for users aged 10 and older in accordance with Meta’s platform guidelines. We do not knowingly request, collect, or process any personal data from children.
The App does not integrate third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Unity Analytics), advertising networks, or external cloud databases that collect user data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates to the App or platform requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
