("Subscriber," "Subscription," "PRO user," "Premium user"), refers to user who pay for subscription (weekly/ monthly/ yearly). PRO users enjoy a totally advertisement free experience during the subscription period. User can voluntarily cancel subscription any time, but subscribed content will still be available for the user for the current term.
In case of account hold due to payment problem, the user looses access to the subscribed content after the grace period is over. On fixing the payment, access to subscribed content will resume automatically.
Under no circumstances, the subscription amount is refundable, user can cancel subscription at any time & the user wont be charged from the next billing period. Currently user cannot upgrade/downgrade from one subscription plan to another. In order upgrade/downgrade user have to cancel the current subscription, wait till the billing period and purchase the new subscription once the current expires.
