THE ONE HOUR

• To just talk! To unburden yourself.  To tell your deepest secrets without fear of judgment.

• To divulge what you need to without feeling the guilt. Without the shame.

• Talking with someone has proven to be one of many ways to release what is sitting within you.  It's such a weight off.  When someone is on the other side, whether you want advice or not, merely having that person HEAR you and truly listen is what a human needs. 

• Society says you have to act and say certain things and in a certain way.  That is why you hold back and therefore ultimately create frustrations, anxiety, stress, and mental and physical health issues. 

• Stop holding back! 

• Some would say: "What makes this different from therapy?" My answer to this: "Because it's someone who can relate to many, many, many life things you're going through. Someone who won't push you to do xyz.  Someone who will REALLY hear you.  Someone who will give advice if it's wanted." 

• This is a safe place.  I'm a mom of three, I run my own business, and I do a billion other things.  I've had lots of private and very personal matters occur in my life.  So, chances are I've likely been through it all.

• Am I an expert? Honestly, I am no more different from you than you are from me.  I don't look at it that way.  I am more of someone who understands and has walked the shoes of life.  I am not perfect.  I make mistakes.  But they don't define who I am.  

• With me you can expect honesty.  Sometimes we need to hear the hard truth so we can move past it.  If I don't know something, I'm not going to make it up.  I will go and find a solution instead.

• Anything that you think others will find offensive

THE OTHER HOUR

• A breathwork meditation like no other to further amplify the release, harness that inner peace, and feel the lightness within.  

• Everything you tell me is CONFIDENTIAL, unless you pose a danger to yourself or others in some way.
