Anwesha Bandyopadhyay

Hi there, and thank you for visiting my webpage. I am a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Lincoln, UK. I completed my PhD in Economics at Monash University, Australia, where my doctoral research examined gender differences in preferences and opportunities using both experimental and empirical methods.

My primary research areas are Behavioural Economics and Development Economics. I use both experimental and survey‑based methods to study economic choices in diverse contexts.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, reading or listening to audiobooks, swimming, and travelling whenever I can.
