Dr. Satarupa Dutta received her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Guwahati, where she investigated electrohydrodynamic instabilities and microscale interfacial interactions. She subsequently pursued postdoctoral research at TU Darmstadt, Germany, focusing on nanofluidics and electrokinetic energy conversion. Her research interests encompass interfacial science, complex fluids, micro/nanofluidics, electrokinetics, and biosensors. Dr. Dutta’s scientific journey has been shaped by a deep passion for translating fundamental research into impactful technologies that address real-world challenges. She is actively engaged in developing affordable, sustainable innovations and contributing to India’s self-reliant technological growth.
