Anvelune Privacy Policy
Updated: 13 October 2026
Applies to Anvelune for iOS (version 1.0.0, build 3 and later releases with banner advertising) and Android (version 1.0.0 and later).
1. Your calendar and journal
Anvelune is a personal calendar, reminder and journal for iPhone, iPad and Android. No account or sign-in is required. Titles, notes, dates, symbols, visibility settings, period and intimacy records remain on your device. They are not sent to the developer or included in advertising requests. Period and intimacy features are manual records, not medical advice or predictions.
2. Advertising and technical data
Anvelune uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy choices. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance data for advertising, measurement, security and service performance. Non-personalized ads are requested and publisher first-party ID is disabled. On iOS, the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. On Android, Google Mobile Ads may use the Android advertising ID and app set ID; users can manage their advertising ID in Android settings. These settings do not mean that Google processes no data.
Your notes, health-related records and other journal content are not shared for advertising or used to target advertisements.
3. Privacy choices
Where required, a Google UMP message is displayed before ads can be requested. When available, reopen your choices in Settings > Advertising > Ad privacy choices. The calendar remains usable if ads cannot be loaded or permission is not provided. Google's processing is described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Google manages retention of data it processes under its own policies; Anvelune does not control that retention.
4. Reminders
Reminders use Apple's local notifications on iOS and local Android notifications and alarms on Android. Android exact-alarm access is optional; without it reminders may be delayed. Permission is optional. Private entry content is excluded from notification text. For visible entries, turning off notification content hiding allows their title and date/time to appear. Device notification, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings also apply.
5. Storage, backups and deletion
Entries are stored locally. On iOS, they may be included in backups controlled by your Apple device settings. On Android, app cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled; there is no developer cloud sync. The developer cannot access those backups. Delete entries within Anvelune to remove them and cancel their pending reminders. Deleting the app removes its local data; manage previous backups separately through your device or Apple account settings.
6. Visual privacy
Symbol-only and hidden entries provide visual privacy. They are not a password lock or biometric authentication. Someone with access to the app can reveal private entries.
7. Support and external websites
If you email support, your email address and information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive journal or health records. External websites operate under their own privacy policies.
