Dr. Anu Singha is an accomplished academic currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science & Engineering at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune. With a strong background in teaching and research, he has previously held faculty positions at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly SRM University), Delhi-NCR Campus, Modinagar, and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai.
Dr. Singha began his research journey as a Junior and Senior Research Fellow (JRF/SRF) on a DRDO-funded project at the Computer Vision Laboratory, Tripura University (A Central University). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Tripura University in 2021, following an M.Tech. in the same discipline in 2015. His academic foundation also includes a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from South Asian University, New Delhi, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) from Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) College, Agartala.
Beyond academia, Dr. Singha is passionate about sports and fitness. He enjoys spending his leisure time playing cricket and Jogging&tracking , and believes that maintaining an active lifestyle is essential to balance the demands of research and teaching.
