Balkrishna Dave is the heart of Anurodh Events. He began this journey in 2013 not as an entrepreneur but as someone who genuinely wanted to create something meaningful for his community. For over a decade, he imagined, organized, and produced shows across Gujarat — talk shows, musical evenings, theatre, cultural gatherings, and more. His belief has always been simple: that the right conversations, offered with sincerity, can change how people see themselves and each other. Everything that Anurodh has built rests on the foundation he laid. 

Behind every meaningful program that Anurodh has organized, Jagruti Dave has been an equal force — managing, supporting, coordinating, and holding the work together with quiet strength. She brings the warmth, the detail-orientation, and the human care that makes an event feel like an experience. Co-founder in both title and in practice, she has been present at every stage of this journey. 

Kunj Dave is currently rebuilding and expanding Anurodh Events' digital presence — editing and uploading content, developing the YouTube channel, managing social media, and reimagining the brand for a new generation of Gujarati audiences.
