One of my major research interests lies in Theoretical Ecology and Evolution. I study how natural forces like selection and conflict dictate the dynamics of complex biological systems. In particular, I study various aspects of sexual selection and conflict. I perform various mathematical operations on the system to find out how conflict can be resolved and the conditions for equilibria and stability criteria. I also simulate computer programs to accompany my results and sometimes create interactive GUIs for the same.
I have a keen interest in computational biology. I have sound knowledge of Machine Learning and Probability Theory. I have knowledge of the basic mathematical framework behind the genomic analysis and have some experience understanding Demographic Inference using SFS. I have experience handling large Datasets like QIITA (UCSD).
