My scientific journey commenced with enrollment in the Ph.D. program at the IITB-Monash Research Academy in 2019, a collaborative endeavor between IIT Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia). This program provided an exceptional platform for interdisciplinary research exploration.
During my doctoral tenure, I focused on investigating the structural dynamics of peptides and their role in peptide aggregation and amyloid formation. Drawing upon my background in engineering and mathematics, I applied a diverse array of methodologies, including Molecular Dynamics simulation, biophysical experiments, and proficiency in Python/TCL programming and bioinformatics.
Upon the completion of my thesis, I secured funding from MDFI to delve deeper into various aspects of our research endeavours, particularly employing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation techniques. Currently, I am leveraging my expertise in AI and MD simulation to propel our research project forward.
