Hey, I’m Antonio - a fitness and nutrition coach, student of health sciences at Texas A&M, and someone who's genuinely obsessed with helping people transform their bodies and confidence.
I didn’t start out with a six-pack or elite genetics. I used to be that really skinny guy - the one who ate everything in sight and still couldn’t gain weight. I struggled with confidence, tried random workout programs off the internet, and wasted months doing things that didn’t work.
Eventually, I got tired of guessing. I committed to learning how the human body really works - how training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all fit together. I dove into fitness research, anatomy, and metabolism, and began testing everything on myself. Through trial, error, and education, I not only transformed my own body - I started helping others do the same.
I’m currently studying health and nutrition at Texas A&M University, with a focus on real-world application: how to help everyday people build healthier lives through smart, sustainable strategies. I’ve spent countless hours outside the classroom reading, experimenting, and learning - not just theory, but what actually works in real life.
Over the last few years, I’ve helped friends, mutuals, classmates, and family members across Dallas and College Station lose weight, build muscle, and finally feel good in their own skin. These weren’t elite athletes - just regular people who needed a simple plan, some encouragement, and someone in their corner. That’s where I come in.
