Antonio Cauchi

Hi and welcome to my webpage! I am currently a postdoctoral fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, working with Prof. Ochiai at Tokyo Tech.

Prior to this, I was lucky to work as a Horizon postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Giovanni Rosso at Concordia University (Montreal), as a postdoctoral researcher  with Prof. Victor Rotger Cerdà at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Barcelona), and as a CRM postdoctoral fellow with  Prof. Antonio Lei at Laval University (Quebec city).

In 2018, I received my PhD at University College London under the supervision of Prof. Sarah Zerbes. I had the privilege to be in the first cohort of the London School of Geometry and Number Theory

I am currently fascinated by problems in number theory and arithmetic geometry, with a particular focus on various aspects of the theory of automorphic forms.  To find out more about my research, click here

When I don't do math, I love dancing Bachata, Brazilian Zouk, and Hip Hop, and travelling around the world. I also love playing football.
