Antonio Fraioli is a professor at the “Ottorino Respighi” Conservatory in Latina and has held concerts, master classes and lectures in Italy, the US, Canada, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal, Estonia, Sweden and Ireland. He has composed, arranged and transcribed works that have been performed and recorded in around 30 countries. He appears, as a performer and author, in over 20 musical albums. His works have been performed in gala concerts with orchestra and big band at the I.C.A. ClarinetFest in Kansas City 2008 (soloists: Larry Combs and the Stark Quartet), at the European Clarinet Festival in Katowice 2014 (soloist: Antonio Fraioli) and at the I.C.A. ClarinetFest 2018 in Ostend (soloist: Antonio Saiote). His passion for cinema led him to write and direct the docu-film La-R-S, dedicated to the world of music, presented at the Independent Film Festivals of Philadelphia, Berlin, Madrid, London, Naples and Caorle. Claudio Cavallaro dedicated his degree thesis, at the “Bruno Maderna” Conservatory in Cesena, to the clarinet compositions by Antonio Fraioli.
