About Me
I’m Antonio Alfonso Costillo, a Professor and Researcher in Economics at Loyola University Andalusia. Before joining Loyola, I worked as a Data Scientist at Pablo de Olavide University, within the Department of Experimental Sciences, where I had the chance to explore economics from a very applied and interdisciplinary perspective.
My academic background combines economics and engineering: I hold a PhD in Economics from Pablo de Olavide University, a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics from the University of Alicante, as well as a Bachelor’s in Economic Analysis (Pablo de Olavide University) and a Bachelor’s in Building Engineering (University of Seville).
My main interests are experimental design, quantitative economics, and data science. I am passionate about understanding how economics connects with everyday life and how this knowledge can help us make better decisions and shape a fairer, more sustainable future.
We have extensive experience conducting experiments around the world.
We design welcoming environments for children, teenagers and adults, adapting them to the cultural reality of each country we visit.
We focus on progress, always at the forefront of new technologies and at the frontier of knowledge.
