I am Antonia Kurz, a postdoctoral researcher in the Climate Policy Department at DIW Berlin. 

In my research, I work on:

🏭 Market Power & Firm Heterogeneity

🔄 Circularity & Recycling Policy

⛏️ Resource Dependence & Value Chains 

I hold a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I completed a MPhil  in Economics at the Tinbergen Institute, a MSc in Economics at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, and a BA in Business Administration at the Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. 

Furthermore, I am the HR Coordinator at The Women in Economics Initiative. I support our teams through the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers and maintain oversight of more than 70 team members.
