I am Antonia Kurz, a postdoctoral researcher in the Climate Policy Department at DIW Berlin. 

In my research, I work on:

🏭 Market Power & Firm Heterogeneity

🔄 Circularity & Recycling Policy

⛏️ Resource Dependence & Supply Chain Resilience 

I hold a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I completed a MPhil  in Economics at the Tinbergen Institute, a MSc in Economics at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, and a BA in Business Administration at the Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. 

Furthermore, I am a Board Member and the HR Team Coordinator at The Women in Economics Initiative, an international, volunteer-run non-profit that advances gender equality in economics. I support our teams through the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers and maintain oversight of more than 75 team members.
