We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Specific Antivirus Disclaimer: While we use the Trustlook SDK for malware detection, we do not guarantee that the App will identify or remove 100% of all viruses, malware, or security threats. You acknowledge that using the App does not replace safe browsing habits.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TALENT HORIZON MULTIMEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.
