Conference Paper

  • Data Mining and Associated Social Benefits ( accepted to ICCAI 2021)

This paper explores the ways how data mining has benefitted businesses and the healthcare system. The attention to the study consists of (i) stately changes in the health sector, (ii) the methods and applications of data mining rooted deep in the various industries and, (iii) the approaches and developments of data mining in the aforesaid fields.

Current Projects

  • Early Stage Detection of Alzheimer’s Disease Using Machine Learning & Deep Learning Techniques (Work in progress)

This project is a series of multiple research projects. Done with the first research of the project: Application of Machine Learning Algorithms on Alzheimer's fMRI Dataset for senior thesis.

  • AI in Medical Treatment

This paper investigates the advancements of AI technologies in medical treatment -- how AI technologies are helping out doctors to diagnose diseases faster.

Past Papers & Projects

  • A Retrospective Analysis of Human and Machine Perception on Medical Images

A retrospective analysis on human and machine perception where a comparison has been drawn on how human and machine perception differs to diagnose diseases in different clinical settings. The machine perception part thoroughly focuses on the performance of deep neural networks (DNNs) on medical images. This paper is a writing-intensive paper written to meet the requirement for BS degree.

  • Basic Python Bootcamp

On 17th October, on behalf of AUW AI Society, I organized a Basic Python Bootcamp for AUW students. The students were from diverse academic backgrounds who aspire to learn programming to embark in tech fields in the future.

  • Project Inspiration

This project was a series of workshops. As a Wi-STEM Fellow, I ran some workshops to introduce female high school students to the different branches of science.
