Recording Policy
At Antique Identifier, we emphasize the importance of adhering to both legal and institutional regulations when recording and sharing content. We ask all users to follow these guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws:
Compliance with Institutional Rules
Users are responsible for ensuring that any recorded or uploaded content follows the policies of their school, university, or workplace. It is their duty to understand and comply with their institution’s guidelines regarding the recording and sharing of lectures or educational materials.
Compliance with Copyright Laws
Users must not record or upload copyrighted content without explicit permission from the copyright owner. This includes texts, images, videos, and other protected materials.
Respect for Privacy and Confidentiality
Users must not record or share sensitive conversations or confidential information that violate U.S. privacy laws. This includes private discussions and legally protected communications.
Antique Identifier does not support or take responsibility for unauthorized recordings or uploads that violate institutional policies, copyright laws, or privacy regulations. Users are fully accountable for ensuring their actions comply with all legal and institutional requirements.
By using Antique Identifier, you agree to indemnify us against any legal consequences arising from unauthorized recording or distribution of content. We trust our users to respect privacy, intellectual property, and institutional policies.
Auto Renewing Subscriptions
For auto renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS Apps following terms apply:
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cost depends on the selected plan
The following subscription plans are available (price may vary depending on location):
Subscription Group
Subscription at 9.99US$ per week, auto-renewable.
Subscription at 29.99 US$ per year, auto-renewable.
Subscription Fee Changes
We may change subscription fees at any time, but we will notify you in advance to give you the opportunity to cancel if you choose. Continuing to use the Service after a fee change means you accept the new price.
Refunds
Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. The Company may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds for in-app purchases follow the Application Store’s policy, and you must contact them directly for refunds.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials for a limited time. If you sign up for a free trial and provide billing information, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected at the end of the free trial. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
In-App Purchases
Our application may include options to make in-app purchases for extra features or subscriptions. Management of in-app purchases and refunds is handled through your device’s settings and the Application Store’s terms.
In-app purchases are for use only within the app and cannot be cancelled once downloading begins. They are not redeemable for cash or transferable. If there’s a problem with an in-app purchase, we’ll investigate and either replace it or fix it at no extra charge. If a solution isn’t feasible, we will facilitate a refund through the Application Store.

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.
The subscription has not been excessively used or violated our Terms of Service.
Unresolved technical issues caused by Antique Identifier after a reasonable resolution period.
Accidental or duplicate payments.
No Refunds for Inactive Accounts
Refunds are not provided for unused or inactive accounts. If your subscription renews automatically, you are responsible for the charge. Please manage your subscription settings to avoid unwanted renewals.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Provide your name, email address, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Changes to This Policy
Antique Identifier reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on our website.
Acceptance Of Terms
By logging in to any Antique Identifier service, you agree to the Antique Identifier Terms of Service including all other policies incorporated by reference.
