These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Antique Identifier: Antiqify (“Antiqify”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”).
This Agreement outlines the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Antique Identifier: Antiqify mobile application and any related products or services.

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If your account is terminated for any reason stated in this Agreement, you may not re-register for our Services.

1. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other restrictions stated in this Agreement, you are strictly prohibited from using Antique Identifier: Antiqify or its content:

(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to participate in unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international, national, or local laws or regulations;
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others;
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, defame, harm, intimidate, or discriminate against others;
(f) to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
(g) to upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code that may harm the Service or its users;
(h) to collect or track the personal data of others;
(i) to spam, phish, crawl, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service;
(j) for any obscene, harmful, or immoral activity;
(k) to interfere with or bypass the security features of the app or any connected systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately for violating any of the above prohibitions.

2. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy

Premium Services

Antique Identifier: Antiqify offers both free and premium features.
Before purchasing a Premium Subscription, users may cancel anytime during the free trial period.

Subscription Pricing

• Weekly Plan: $4.99 / week
  
  

• Yearly Plan: $29.99 / year
  
  
  

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes) account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.
Cancellation of the current subscription is not permitted during an active period.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Updated pricing will appear in the App Store listing and take effect for new subscriptions or renewals.

Refunds

Since our Service delivers instant access to premium features upon purchase and cannot be uninstalled or reversed remotely, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is confirmed.

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any content in Antique Identifier: Antiqify infringes upon your copyright, you may request its removal by contacting us at the email below with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted material.
  
  

• Your full name, address, email, and contact number.
  
  

• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  
  

• A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rightful copyright owner or authorized agent.
  
  

• Your signature or electronic equivalent.
  
  

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using Antique Identifier: Antiqify, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Antique Identifier: Antiqify app—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, and code—are owned by Juyana Islam or its licensors.

This Agreement does not grant you any right or license to use our intellectual property or that of third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antique Identifier: Antiqify, its affiliates, developers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of one U.S. dollar ($1) or the total amount you paid to Antique Identifier: Antiqify during the one-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

7. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangladesh.

You waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

8. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will become effective once posted in the app or on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms indicates acceptance of those changes.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Antique Identifier: Antiqify mobile application or its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
