Pastor Kenneth Wilson has served in the church of God from a youth. After receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost at the age of 12, he served as superintendent of the local assembly at Zion Star A.O.H. Church of God (Birmingham, AL.); served as district superintendent of district #1 of the A.O.H. Church (1979-82); led the Southern Regional Youth Convention of the A.O.H. Church of God, Inc. as President (1982-87); ministered as asst. pastor of the Booker Heights A.O.H. Church (Mulga, AL./1990-98).
He was ordained an elder and commissioned to pastor the Community A.O.H. Church of God (Century, FL.). There, he was set as Overseer of the #7 district of churches of Florida (2004-09). In 2009, the Lord led Pastor Wilson to change the church’s affiliation, and founded the Antioch Apostolic Ministries, Inc. (Century, FL.).
Overseer Wilson completed studies at the Florida Apostolic Bible Institute, receiving a B.A. degree in Biblical Studies. He, along with his beloved wife of 39 years, Elder Jerri Wilson, serves as registered marriage counsellors for the state of Florida. A father of 4, grandfather of 12. Jerri Dean Motley Wilson graduated from Autaugaville High School in 1976. After graduation, she
moved to Birmingham, Alabama to attend the Southern Junior College of Business where she majored in Computer/Clerical. She graduated at the top of her class as valedictorian.
She became an ordained Elder in 2004. Jerri has been working in the ministry for
20 years right beside her husband; she serves as the assistant pastor of the Antioch Apostolic
Ministries, Inc., in Century, Florida. Her motto is “the joy of the Lord is my strength.”
In addition, to further her education in biblical studies, she attended Florida Apostolic and
Vocational Bible Institute in Cantonment, FL., where she graduated with honors, receiving her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies,and once again was valedictorian.
Through wisdom and favor of God upon her life, she has blessed and inspired many people. As Paul
proclaimed, Jerri says, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ and purposes with an earnest desire to obey God, walk by faith, and conform to the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.
