The mobile app functions are:
Display the capacity in real time through Bluetooth connection with the Arduino board.
Issue an alarm if negative capacity is detected or the maximum capacity is exceeded.
Make a phone call to the user when the maximum capacity is reached.
Send the data to a Google Sheet to create a historical record of the capacity.
