Anthony Santostefano DDS PLLC was started in 2018. The initial practice was at Central Park South. He then transitioned his practice to Bushwick, Brooklyn in January of 2019 where he practiced for three years. After the pandemic, our family moved north of NYC, and we are now establishing a practice in Mahopac, NY to serve Putnam County and the surrounding areas.

Appointment Changes

If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your schedule. We ask for this advance notice to offer this appointment opportunity to another patient. If there would be multiple missed appointments, there would be instances that we might place you on our short call list.

Our Practice

Financials

We accept a wide range of insurance policies, including some Medicaid and Medicare plans. We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you get the most from your benefits. Our aim is to help you get the best treatment, at a reasonable price.

For patients who require services that we don't offer, we will refer you to one of our trusted specialists. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
