House Manual Reminders during your stay:

· Do not move any furniture or decorations during your stay.

· WIFI Password is available on the cork board in the house.

· There is a box fan and vacuum in the hallway closet upstairs if needed.

· Basement is available for use in the case of severe weather or if utility room access is needed. Please do not use it as part of your living or sleeping arrangements.

· No pets allowed in the house at any time. Hunting dogs are welcome to stay kenneled in the garage. Please pick up any waste in the yard.

· Please run the dish washer the night before checkout, unload clean dishes and put away in cabinets before you leave. Hand wash any remaining dishes and put away

· Remove all foods brought into cabinets, refrigerator, and freezer.

· Wipe down cupboards, microwave, refrigerator and stove before checkout.

· Place all trash in the garbage can in the garage.

· Towels that have been used can be left in the main floor bathroom next to laundry ( please do not leave wet towels on carpet)

· Leave all used beds unmade. You do not need to strip beds. The cleaning staff will take care of washing of the bedding.

· Check for any personal items left behind, including garage, bathrooms and showers.

· Please lock both the front door and the garage keypad when you leave.
