Coach Tavia has swam in the Sacramento area for 12 years. She has coaching experience in recreational  & club swimming, and is excited to return to coach high school swim at Antelope. She swam collegiately at American River College where she got her Associates degree in Business Administration, and is currently studying Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Education at Sac State

Coach Chiara swam in the Sacramento area for 11 years. She has coaching experience in recreational and club swimming and is so excited to coach high school swim! Along with swim, she played water polo in high school and currently plays for BYU’s club team. She currently attends BYU Provo and is on track to get a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and hopes to continue a career in sports. She spent this last fall interning in New Zealand and loves all things beach, sports and music.
