The West Wales Line is a 120 mile route stretching from Swansea to Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven and Fishguard Harbour via Carmarthen. The route includes challenging gradients, stunning scenery, as a well as a good mix of rural and urban towns. The route is one of the last parts of Welsh rail infrastructure not in Train Simulator, yet one of the most requested ever. 

Development is currently slowed down due to lack of motivation and other commitments overlapping. The route is not expected anytime soon, but expect the line to Carmarthen to be complete by late 2026, or early 2027. This may be disappointing, but I can't see the route being released before this. Extensions will be added as they are completed. The Pembroke Dock branch will be added first, before the Milford Haven branch followed by the Fishguard Harbour branch. The Pembroke Dock branch is the longest of the three, with more details as well. Hopefully there will still be a player base for this to release to by then!
