Personal Information: We collect your name, email address, date of birth, and password during registration for app functionality only.

Firebase Logs: Your login data is securely stored on Firebase and used solely for service delivery. We don't store it any other way.

Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via the Google Play Billing System. We do not store payment details.

Consent & Data Entry: The date of birth and other personal details are provided voluntarily by the user. You should only submit such information if you are comfortable sharing it for the purpose of receiving personalized numerology predictions.

Input Disclaimer: Users must ensure that the information entered in text fields is appropriate and non-sensitive beyond what is required (name, DOB, email). Do not enter addresses, contact numbers, financial details, etc.

2.Analytics & Cookies:

We may collect non‑personal analytics (device type, usage patterns) using Google Analytics. We may use cookies or similar tech for personalization and performance optimization. We don't collect data from EU regions or others as restricted by Google analytics.

We do not demand, collect, store, or use any location-specific data for app functionality other than analytical purpose. Our app does not require or process your geographic location in any way, and we do not track or store such information.

3. Data Usage

To provide personalized numerology predictions and services.

To display advertisements via AdMob.

To improve app performance, security, and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Data Retention & Security:

Your data is retained as long as your account is active or needed for services. We use SSL/TLS encryption and secure Firebase Google Cloud servers (us-central) to protect data.

6. Children’s Privacy:

Our app is intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 13. Please do not use the app if you’re underaged.

7. Permissions

We request these permissions: Internet, Storage and Notifications used strictly for delivering predictions.

8. Services Provided and Used

Astrology is the possible fixation of certain uncertainties. The app is a technical presentation only based on already available and prevalent information and thus offers a numerology-based predictions and related services. Products and predictions may differ individually and cannot be claimed or guaranteed. No disputes or claims can be made regarding the displayed products and predictions. The app or the developers are not responsible for any mechanism, process, use, results, consequences, or outcomes of predictions. They are a matter of personal interpretation by the user. Therefore, use of this app is at the user's own risk and discretion.

This app and its services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We use services provided by Google for advertisements (AdMob), payments (Google Play Billing), data storage (Firebase), analytics, and other technical functionalities. While we strive to maintain smooth and secure app operations, we do not guarantee the mechanisms, technical processes, or continuous availability of these third-party services. Any issues, errors, or disruptions arising from the use of these services are beyond our direct control, and we shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such technical issues.

9. Advertisements

Ads displayed within the app are managed by AdMob. We do not control or endorse the content of these ads and shall not be held liable for any issues arising from them, the ads are matter of party concerned.

10. Payment Terms

All payments within the app are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store any payment credentials.

The app offers an in-app consumable purchase of ₹100, which grants the user 7 lives to access and consume premium features.

These lives are consumed on every visit to premium features and are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. The validity of consumables ends once used.

Users must ensure that they are logged into the same Google account used for the purchase to access the purchased features properly.

11. Jurisdiction

All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India only.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. This policy is effective from 2 Dec, 2025. Any updates will be posted in-app; continued use constitutes acceptance.

This app is available for free download from the official Google Play Store. However, distribution of paid or in-app content, resale, reproduction, or redistribution of the app’s features, predictions, or data without express written permission from developer is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The app is intended for personal use only. Commercial use of the app, its content, predictions, or any related services is strictly prohibited.
