General Policy

The copyright of the visual assets remains with the designer (Anshika Kashyap) until full payment is received.

The client is granted full rights to use the visual assets across all digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, packaging, business cards, and advertisements.

The client may not resell, modify, or redistribute the visual assets to third parties without prior written permission from the designer (Anshika Kashyap).

The designer (Anshika Kashyap) retains the right to display the visual assets in portfolios, websites, or social media for self-promotional purposes.

Unused design concepts remain the intellectual property of the designer (Anshika Kashyap) and may be reused or repurposed for other projects.
