1. How do I make payments and is it safe?

You can make payments either directly through the payment button provided or by filling the details through the Google Form which is provided in the Payment page(once the Google form has got submitted and once we get the response we will provide the phone number for making UPI payments or we could provide our bank details so that you can send directly to our bank account).

Both the mode of payments are safe as they are all approved under RBI (Reserve Bank Of India) and has end-to-end Encryption enabled.

So, it's your choice to select whichever mode of payment which is appropriate, suitable and thinking secured to you.

2. What to do if we receive a damaged product?

We are giving maximum assurance in terms of the products' quality and quantity, as we assure to send the undefected products in correct quantity to all our customers, as we are undergoing a crucial Quality and Quantity Checking System (QQCS) for every products, but if you receive any undefected product or products, the first thing you must do is to inform us through our E-mail or through our Whatsapp provided, and one of our dedicated team member will be in contact with you soon.

The things that you must keep in mind while returning is that:

(1). The item must be returned with original packaging and invoice.

(2). The item must be returned within 7days (within 14 days for EU customers).

(3), The product should not be washed or used.

While returning you could return the package to us either by yourself through post (landways, airways or seaways) or you could alert us and we will arrange our dedicated delivery agents to pickup.

And the all Refunds will be initiated once the product reach us.

4. How do we know the accurate sizes of the displayed products?

We have provided the size chart for men women, teenagers (both boys and girls), and child besides every product that is being shown. It will enable you to make the right choice.

5. How long will it take to despatch and get delivered under normal circumstances?

We will usually try to despatch on the same day ordered or the very next day, and the product will be delivered within a maximum of 7days inside India and a maximum of 14days in International (as the delivery duration depends entirely on the goegraphical area and product availability).
