AnoTrusty ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the AnoTrusty mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, date of birth, and a user-created anonymous alias. If you choose to set up a Real ID, we also collect your name, gender, age, and optionally a profile photo.
User-Generated Content: Posts, comments, messages, and photos you share within the app.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect approximate location (city-level) to enable features like "Near You" filtering and displaying your city on posts.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account (anonymous and/or real identity)
- To display posts, enable messaging, and facilitate connections between users
- To provide location-based features (e.g., nearby users, city display)
- To moderate content and enforce community guidelines
- To improve app performance and user experience
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Anonymous & Real Identity Separation
AnoTrusty maintains strict separation between your anonymous identity and real identity. Connections made through the anonymous feed are completely separate from connections made through the real feed. Your real identity is never revealed to anonymous connections unless you explicitly choose to reveal it.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect the safety of our users or the public
- With service providers (e.g., Firebase/Google) who help us operate the app
6. Your Rights
- Access: You can view your profile data within the app at any time.
- Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting us.
- Correction: You can update your profile information in the app settings.
7. Children's Privacy
AnoTrusty requires users to be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Community Safety Standards & Zero Tolerance Policy
AnoTrusty maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any user found generating, uploading, sharing, or promoting such content will be permanently banned immediately. We will report any violations involving CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Users can report any child safety concerns directly within the app using the "Report" feature on any post or profile.
