AnotherRep ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application AnotherRep (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
When you use AnotherRep, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Your email, username, profile photo, or other credentials if you sign up via Supabase authentication or Google Sign-In.
Workout Data: Exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, duration, cardio sessions, body measurements, progress photos, and other training data you enter.
Device Information: Device model, operating system, language preference, and unique identifiers for app performance and analytics.
Usage Data: Crash reports, app usage statistics, and anonymous metrics to improve the app.
Advertising Data: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), IP address, and interaction data with advertisements displayed in the App. This data is collected by our advertising partner Google AdMob.
Subscription Data: Purchase history and subscription status, collected by our subscription management partner RevenueCat.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as payment card information or medical health records beyond your self-reported workout logs and body measurements.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain your account and workout data.
To sync your data between your device and our cloud backend (Supabase).
To display advertisements, including personalized ads based on your interests (with your consent where required).
To manage your subscription and in-app purchases.
To improve app performance and user experience.
To generate anonymous, aggregated statistics.
To respond to your support requests and inquiries.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

We may also share information with legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Advertising
AnotherRep displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to free-tier users. These ads may be personalized based on your interests, or non-personalized, depending on your consent preferences.
Personalized ads use your device's advertising identifier and browsing behavior to show relevant advertisements.
Non-personalized ads are based on contextual information (such as the content of the app) rather than your personal data.
When you first use the App, you will be asked for consent regarding personalized advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your advertising preferences at any time from the App's Settings page.
Pro (premium) subscribers do not see advertisements.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App and its third-party partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to provide and improve the service, serve advertisements, and analyze app usage. These include:
Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) for ad personalization.
Firebase Analytics cookies for usage statistics and crash reporting.
Local storage (SharedPreferences / SQLite) for offline data and user preferences.
6. Data Deletion and User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: Update or correct inaccurate personal information from the App settings.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time via the App settings.
Object: Object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes.
To request deletion of your account and data, use the account deletion option in the App's Settings page, or contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services or as required by law. After you delete your account, all your personal and workout data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
AnotherRep is not intended for children under 16 years of age (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States and the European Union), where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by posting the updated policy online. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
