1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Bloom Glow (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

• The Game is intended for users aged 13 years and older.

• Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian if required by law.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Bloom Glow for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any of its content.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Bloom Glow and all its content, code, audio, visual assets, and designs remain the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors.

• Your personal creations, usernames, and account data are your property, and we do not claim ownership over them.

• You retain all rights to your personal intellectual property (IP) shared in the Game.

• We will not use, sell, or distribute your personal IP or data for any purpose outside of providing the Game’s services.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works

• Circumvent or interfere with security features

• Use the Game unlawfully

Any attempts to modify or hack the Game may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. Updates and Changes

We may, at our discretion:

• Update or modify the Game

• Add, remove, or change features

• Fix bugs or improve performance

We are not obligated to maintain features indefinitely.

7. Data Collection and Safety

• We may collect technical and gameplay data necessary to operate the Game.

• All personal data is kept secure using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

• We do not sell, share, or use your personal data or IP outside of necessary game operation.

• You can request full data deletion at any time via Discord or our website.

8. Player Progress and Cloud Storage

• Gameplay progress may be stored locally or via trusted cloud services (e.g., PlayFab, Unity services).

• We make reasonable efforts to safeguard progress, but cannot guarantee against data loss due to technical issues.

• Only you can access your account; no other player or entity can use your account data without authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

Bloom Glow may rely on trusted services for operation:

• Unity — engine, analytics, diagnostics

• Photon — backend systems if applicable

• PlayFab — cloud saves and optional account storage

These services are bound by contracts and applicable laws to protect your data.

Important: Bloom Glow is singleplayer only. No personal IP or account data is shared with other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bloom Glow is provided “as is”, without warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

• Continuous availability

• Compatibility with all devices

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data or progress

• Issues caused by third-party services

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the Game at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region.
