ABOUT ME

I am a third-year PhD student at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru working in the Medical Intelligence and Language Engineering Lab (MILE), advised by Prof. A G Ramakrishnan. My research interests lie in the application of machine learning methods for speech and language tasks. I am currently working on speech recognition in low-resource settings.

I completed my B. Tech from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and completed my ME from IISc Bengaluru with specialisation in Signal Processing. My ME thesis was Automatic Speech Recognition for Sanskrit, supervised by Prof. A G Ramakrishnan. Currently I am a QIP sponsored student from Govt. Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram, Palakkad, Kerala.
