Hometown of New Orleans, La, during his younger years he had been selected to do such a great work for the kingdom of God. As a little boy, he felt the call of God on his life. At the age of 4 years he professed the desire to preach the Gospel. Through the years God used him to lead groups such as youth departments, youth choir, drill team leader and the list goes on with starting church / ministry work. Apostle Rideaux was licensed (1990) and ordained (1991) as a preacher of the Gospel. The elders laid hands and prayed for him to do the work of getting our brotherhood established and youth department at a local church in Houston, TX. He was soon then called to a higher calling as an apostle which Apostle Rideaux states "I struggled with for 3 years after the calling for what people would think of me, especially those whom I came through the gospel. After God was so patient with me with this struggle, He soon spoke for Himself to show me that He was serious about sending me to the work(s) that He ordained me to do".

God began to use him to do 5-Fold ministry teachings, conferences on 5-Fold gifting, planted and managed 8 apartment complexes, planting churches, ministries for children such as backyard bible studies, re-enactments of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Tutoring services, Vacation Bible School and connections with the community clubs, police departments, fire departments etc. Apostle Rideaux has been called to many churches and ministries to assist them with church-planting, church growth, evangelism, revivals, serving with revivalists, casting out demons, laying hands and doing hospital visits to heal the sick. He has sat under many studies (Theodecius Theological Institute, Conroe Industrial College of Religion, and College of Biblical Studies); not for any degree but for the work of the kingdom of God. Surely the hands of God is continuing to lead and guide Apostle Rideaux throughout time for whatever assignment He wills him to do.

And I will give you Pastors according to mine own heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” (Jeremiah 3:15). Dr.Rideaux is an humble servant that does not take for granted that God has counted her worthy to organize and Pastor Anointed to Serve Multi-Ministries International. Pastor Rideaux holds her Master's Degree in Christian Psychology Christian Counseling and a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Cornerstone University, Calvary Theological Seminary in Louisiana. Author of: The Five Temperaments, Don't abort the Process, Abuse Within. She receives personal satisfaction seeing hearts healed and the lost brought to fellowship with Jesus Christ. Her life is committed to the work of God’s ministry. Dr Rideaux states when she reflects over her life she see how God was preparing her for the task of pastoring. God has done great things in her life; however, we are well aware that the work is still in progress. Dr. Rideaux is anointed and appointed by God for such at time as this.

She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in 1984, after the lost of a son. In 1987, the month of August Minister Milburn received the baptism of the Holy Ghost; it was on a Thursday night, in her mother’s home. While her mother lay sick in the bed, God intervened. What appeared to be a death sentence, God filled me with the Holy Ghost, according to Acts 2:38 with the evidence of speaking in other tongues; as the spirit gives the utterance. She was was ordained as a Minister, July 2005, under the Leadership of Apostle R.E. Bryant at Jesus is the way Faith Tabernacle. In 2005 -2008 she received a Bachelors degree from, Calvary Theological Seminar, Cornerstone University, in Louisiana. She now serve as Co-Pastor of Anointed to Serve Multi-Ministries International, under the Leadership of Apostle Benjamin & Dr. Pastor Ava Rideaux. Minister Milburn is a prayer warrior & enjoys teaching Sunday School.
