Our Offerings:

• Yoga Sessions: Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of yoga, enriched with Judeo-Christian principles of faith, love, and mindfulness. Our yoga sessions offer a blend of breathwork, scripture meditation, and gentle movement to cultivate inner peace, spiritual connection, and physical vitality.

• Pilates Sessions: Experience the transformative power of Pilates, a method of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Our Pilates sessions integrate biblical wisdom and spiritual intentionality, providing a holistic approach to mind-body wellness. Practice your Pilates on the mat, reformer, tower, barrel/spine corrector. 

• Fusion Yogalates: Discover the synergy of yoga and Pilates in our fusion Yogalates sessions. By combining the best of both practices, we offer a dynamic and balanced workout that tones the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit. Experience the union of physical strength and spiritual renewal in one transformative practice.

• 1:1 Sessions: Receive personalized attention and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our 1:1 sessions offer individualized instruction and support, allowing you to deepen your practice and achieve optimal results.

• Small Group Sessions: Join a small group of like-minded individuals for a shared journey of faith and fitness. Our small group sessions foster community, accountability, and encouragement as you grow together in mind, body, and spirit. Small groups can be single sessions or ongoing sessions with friends, family, churches, or organizations.

• Retreat Sessions:  Share this transformative journey with a community of like-minded individuals who are also seeking spiritual growth and holistic wellness. Build connections, support one another, and create lasting friendships as you journey together toward greater wholeness and alignment. Whether you join us for a one-day retreat or a weekend getaway, our Yoga and Pilates Spiritual Retreat offers a sacred space for you to deepen your practice, nourish your soul, and renew your spirit. Come, and experience the transformative power of holistic wellness in a supportive and uplifting environment. Retreat dates and registration can be self-organized by churches, women's groups, and couples, or register for one of our scheduled retreats.

• Online Sessions: Access our sessions from anywhere with our online offerings. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can join us virtually for live-streamed classes or pre-recorded sessions, providing flexibility and convenience to fit your busy lifestyle.

• Yoga Therapy Practicum Sessions

Yoga Therapy Practicum-Apprentice sessions where we offer a comprehensive practice experience for aspiring yoga therapists. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about using yoga as a therapeutic tool to support others on their journey to health and wellness.  Trauma-informed yoga sessions are designed to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced trauma. These sessions recognize the potential impact of trauma on the body and mind and aim to empower participants to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate a sense of safety and empowerment through the practice of yoga.  Participation allows our yoga teachers to keep thorough records of teaching therapy hours, including the number of sessions conducted, the duration of each session, and a brief description of the content covered. Some certifying bodies may require documentation of teaching-therapy hours as part of the certification process.  Anointed Asanas Yoga Therapy Apprentices are pursuing certifications that are accredited by reputable organizations such as the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT),
