Roll call of the branches
Linda Blaisdell, State Secretary
Branches - prepare to unmute and the branch president or designee to call out "here" when your branch is called.
Currently, 12 branches are required for a quorum.
Credentials report
Teresa Sagen, the State Administrative Assistant, will present the report and it will be included in the annual minutes.

By-Law Changes
David Kirkwood, Bylaws Committee Chair, will comment on the changes to the by-laws as shown on the screen.
Resolutions
The Resolutions Committee, comprised of Pat Sween, Deanna Ensley, Jan Bensen, and Jan Carey, began the Resolutions process February 2021 addressing the need to communicate the process to branch members. The process was published in THE PINE and individual branch presidents received an email posting outlining the process. The committee received three Resolutions for review. The committee reviewed and exchanged suggested edits to the authors. Revisions were completed. The Resolutions were presented for approval.

2021 AAUW MN Annual Meeting Fundraiser in Lieu of Silent Auction
Opportunity to Contribute to the Greatest Needs Fund
This year there is no silent auction, no travel, no hotel expenses, no food expense, or souvenir expense. With the saved money, please donate to the Greatest Needs fund. The Greatest Needs fund allows AAUW the flexibility to respond rapidly to new and emerging challenges facing women and girls and to utilize your gift where it’s needed most. This fund ensures the strength, relevance, and viability of AAUW into the future. You are able to donate using PayPal or a check made to AAUW and sent directly to the National Office. Please complete the Contributions Report Form and send with the contribution. The form includes the address where to send the donation. Thank you, in advance, for your donation to AAUW.
