From Research Insights to Organizational Impact

Research should not stop at publication. My work contributes to conversations and practices shaping work and health.

Collaborating with organizations

Many of my research projects are conducted in collaboration with organizations undergoing workplace transformation. These partnerships allow us to study real organizational change processes and develop evidence-based insights that support healthier and more effective work environments.

Communicating research beyond academia

I regularly contribute to public discussions on the future of work and workplace design. I publish my work in practitioner outlets such as PERSONALquarterly (Haufe) and Zeitschrift für Führung und Organisation (ZFO). Together with Amelie Fischer, I write the column “Die Raumdenkerinnen” for the IBA, where we translate current research on work environments into accessible insights for practitioners and the broader public.

I welcome opportunities to collaborate with organizations, policymakers, and researchers interested in evidence-based approaches to workplace design and healthy work environments.
