Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AnniBanni (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the AR Drawing and drawing-related mobile applications published by us on Google Play (collectively, the “Apps”), unless an App provides its own separate Privacy Policy.
Not every App uses every feature or third-party service described below. The information handled by a particular App depends on its features and the services enabled in that App.
Camera and photos
Some Apps provide drawing, tracing, or photo-based features that use your device camera or a photo you select.
Camera permission is requested only when you choose to use a camera feature. Camera frames and captured images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
When an App allows you to select a photo, it uses Android’s system photo picker or another Android-provided mechanism to access only the photo you choose. The Apps do not request access to your complete photo library unless clearly stated in the relevant App.
Temporary working images may be stored in the App’s private storage or cache on your device. You can remove local App data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
Advertising and consent
Some Apps use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. Where required, these Apps use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent or privacy-choice message before requesting ads.
Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and the advertising services enabled in an App, Google may process information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
app interactions, such as launches, taps, and ad interactions;
diagnostic and performance information; and
device or account identifiers, including the resettable advertising ID where available.
Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security. You can manage available advertising privacy choices in the App where applicable and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Analytics and notifications
Some Apps may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate App use, performance, and reliability. Firebase Analytics may process app interactions, device or online identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic information under Google’s policies.
Some Apps may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. If notifications are enabled in Android settings, Firebase may process a device messaging token and technical delivery information to provide this feature. You can disable notifications at any time in Android settings.
We do not send camera images, selected photos, drawing content, names, email addresses, or custom account IDs to Firebase Analytics unless an App clearly informs you otherwise.

Online content and templates
Some Apps may download optional drawing templates, images, or related content from third-party hosting services, such as GitHub. When this happens, those services may receive standard network information, including your IP address, request time, device or network headers, and the requested URL.

Information we do not directly collect
Our Apps do not currently provide user accounts and do not directly collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, payment information, health data, messages, or your complete photo library.
We do not sell personal data.
Data retention and deletion
We do not store camera images or selected photos on our servers when the relevant App processes them only on your device. Local App data can be removed by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App.
Third-party providers, such as Google or GitHub, may retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Security
The Apps use HTTPS for network connections. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, including Android permissions, private App storage, and feature-based access to the camera and photos.
Your choices
You can deny camera permission and still use non-camera features where available. You can choose not to select a photo, disable notifications in Android settings, manage available ad privacy choices, reset or delete the advertising ID, clear App storage, or uninstall an App.
Children’s privacy
Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by an App, please contact us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Apps, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required.
