Rates and Insurance

Session Rate:

• Individual therapy (50 minutes): $135

• Couples therapy (50 minutes): $200

• We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots to make therapy more affordable. Please reach out if cost is a concern — we’ll do our best to help

We are in network with:

• Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield (Anthem, Highmark), United Healthcare, Lyra EAP, Health Advocate EAP 

• If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
