I majored in baking and pastry at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. During my time at the C.I.A. I studied French techniques, baking ingredients, and equipment. I moved out to Seattle in 2022 to kick off my culinary career in the Pacific Northwest and I have enjoyed every moment since.

I am detail oriented, organized and hard working; I may not know everything but I aprire to learn and grow. My goal is to absorb knowledge and techniques as I work, continuing to strive for the perfect cusomer expierance. I am interested in all aspects of baking and confections, especially plated desserts and chocolates.
