Hi!

I'm Annalyce Chandler - a 17-year-old performer from Utah.

I love telling stories through whatever medium I can - whether that be performing, taking pictures, or writing them myself.

So, how did I stumble into the world of photography?

Well, my family is known for easily taking over 2,000 pictures on every family trip - and we take a lot of family trips. And, not only that, but we just take a lot of family pictures in general. We take so many pictures together, in fact, that each member of my family has their "family picture position" that we go to, no matter where we are.

One year, we went on a history tour of the Eastern United States. My friends made me promise that I would take lots of pictures of everywhere we went - and one challenged me to find the prettiest flowers. Another friend sent me a video about cool photos you could take with your phone - and how to use your phone's editing feature to make them look even cooler. So, I decided that since I would have a lot of time on our road trip to edit, I would try a few tricks. Basically, I just started messing around.

Who would'a known I would fall in love with taking good pictures?

I found out I love taking pictures that give another look at the beautiful world around me.
