Play * Dance * Love

Jodaam is a partner dance fusion performance dance troupe founded in 2016.

Our name is an amalgamation of the Portuguese words for Play (Joga), Dance (Dansa), and Love (Ama). We are a group of friends that have been dancing together in different formats for 20 years. Now that many of us have kids, our chances to dance and play together are cherished moments!

Jodaam was founded by Anna Botelho, a professional ballroom dancer and founder of the dance program at Google. Anna loves creating choreography that is just as fun to watch as it is to dance.
