I am a behavioral economist with expertise in nudging, behavioral insights, and experiments. My research leverages a combination of surveys, laboratory, and field experiments to explore two key areas: gender differences in workplace behavior and the drivers of sustainable choices.
As an educator, I have taught undergraduate courses such as the "Project Course" at the Vienna University of Business and Economics, where I supervised eight teams in delivering academic consulting to industry project partners, and "Research Methods" at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences (FH des BFI). Moreover, I regularly give guest lectures and gladly engage in outreach as invited speaker on radio, blogs or panels.
Beyond academia, I thrive as a behavioral insights consultant. I have collaborated on over 30 projects, partnering with businesses and governmental bodies to tackle a range of issues, from littering and recycling behavior to reducing air travel and fostering active mobility.
I got my PhD with honors in Economic and Social Sciences (Behavioral Economics) in 2023 from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and received a cum laude M.Sc. in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University.
