I am a behavioural scientist bridging research and practice. My work combines experiments, user research and data analysis to understand how people make decisions.
Over the past decade, I have designed and evaluated interventions in domains such as sustainability, mobility, financial decision-making and public policy. Working with businesses and governmental institutions, I have contributed to projects ranging from littering and recycling behaviour to reducing air travel and fostering active mobility. My research draws on surveys, laboratory and field experiments, including large-scale studies conducted in real-world settings.
My current work focuses on sustainable choices in workplace settings. I regularly contribute to research collaborations, present at international conferences and publish academic papers. An overview of current projects can be found here.
I hold a PhD with honors in Economic and Social Sciences (Behavioral Economics) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a cum laude M.Sc. in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University.
