The operator of the Anna platform (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to the privacy protection of user personal information. Thank you for your trust in us. This policy applies to the Anna platform developed and operated by Overlord Concubine. (1) Registration
During the process of registering an account or using services, users need to fill in or submit some necessary information: your mobile phone number and gender.
This data is collected to help you complete the registration of Anna account. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us to obtain the above data, you will not be able to use this function and service as a registered user during the registration process.
(2) Complaint
When you contact us, make a complaint, appeal or consultation, we may ask you to provide necessary personal information to verify your real user identity to protect the security of your account and system. In order to contact you as soon as possible, solve your problem or record the progress and results of a specific case, we may need to record our communications, letters or conversations, as well as related information (including account information, other evidence information you provide or your contact information). If the above information is missing, we may not be able to respond in time.
(3) Security Assurance
To ensure the safe operation of the software and services provided, prevent cybercrime, identify anomalies related to your account, and for anti-fraud purposes, we will collect your network access logs and user logs, device information and device location (including IP address, WLAN access points that provide relevant information, Bluetooth and base station/sensor information), software version, Internet access method/type/status/operator, network quality, software installation list, current running processes, overall status of running applications, overall installation and usage performance, application source and other log information (detailed information on usage time and frequency, device statistics, key operation paths, error logs, crash records, language and time zone, Internet Protocol (IP) address, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data).

We will keep your personal information confidential and will not share or provide it to others except in the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with explicit consent: We may share or provide your personal information to external recipients after obtaining your explicit consent.
2. Sharing under legal conditions: We may share or provide your personal information to judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation and dispute resolution requirements, or at the request of judicial or administrative authorities;
3. Sharing with affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliates and/or their designated service providers to facilitate and help us provide you with products and services based on your account with Anna or its affiliates, recommend content and information that may be of interest to you, identify account anomalies, and protect the account and property security of Anna or its affiliates' users. 1. [Delete Account]
If you want to delete your account for personal reasons or wishes, please follow the steps below:
1. If you still have the AnNa app, please open the app and click the [pink people icon] in the lower right corner, then click [Setting], then click [Delete Account], and finally click [Delete].
2. If you have deleted the AnNa app, please go to the link: https://www.annau.club/annaDel. If you registered with your mobile phone number, please click [Phone], then enter your mobile phone number, then enter the verification code, and finally click [Confirm Deletion] to complete the account deletion. If you registered with Gmail, please click [Google], enter your registered Gmail, click [Continue], and you can delete your account after completing the login.
3. Please note that once you finally click [Delete]or [Confirm Deletion], your account information and personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored or undone. Please consider this carefully.
